koolcat My boss asked me what is wrong. i told her that she is condescending to me when training me? will she fire me?
i told her i cant ask questions cuz when i do she talks down to me. am i on her shi.t list now? should i start looking 4 a new job? i just dont take mistreatment from anyone incl. my boss. life is 2 short to be anyones' doormat. i think shes jealous of me because i have a college degree and she doesn't.
She calls people stupid all the time she really gets on my nerve...not me necessarily but i have heard her say this about others'. she has been doing the same job for the last 15 yrs and expects me to know it in a day. hypocrisy.

I'm not sure why you posted this in Singles & Dating, but if you don't like your boss then see about a transfer, find a different job, or suck it up (those are about your only options).
Perhaps if you give it more time things will mellow out...

I think you need to talk to your boss and tell her how you feel but in the meantime have a job lined up just in case

I guess more bosses likes the truth, you should tell her what you think about her in a nice way, and she'll hopefully try to change her ways towards her employees.

Hopefully she takes is as constructive critisism. I wish you luck. I am hoping that you being honest with her will lighten her up. Just don't do it in front of others and be nice about it.
