I use to weigh 170, then I went on a 1000-1500calories per day diet and weighed 150, then I became a Vegetarian and then weight 128/130 which is where I want to be.

Well we had this WASL breafast thing, and ever since than, I feel like I cannot control my eating, I still eat 1500 calories per day, I get up at 8 and by 11pm I've eaten pretty much all of what I call my calorie needs with 100-200calories to spare which I save for my 3/4 o'clock dinner, and I don't know how to control it anymore, for some reason after I've eaten up to this calorie goal I can stop myself from eating more, but I want to be able to do that with my food for throughout the day like I was doing before, not just during the morning hours X_X (I wish I could keep my mind off food, but I think about it all day long)

I'm mainly worried about this because ever since this happen my belly has gotten bigger and is bugging me so much >_<

I even eat when I feel full, so the water trick doesn't really help me at all :/

if your stomach is craving food then its because your not getting the nutrients that you need in your diet....you should talk to your doctor and also try some mulitvitiams. (first question he or she will ask thou is are you pregnant...so better test first!)

Eat 1200 cal/day, get up... within 30 mins of getting up eat breakfast, 3 hours later have a small snack with at least 2 grams of protein (even if it's a protein shake), 3 hours later have lunch, and 3 hours after that, have another 2 gram protein snack, and 3 hours after that, eat dinner...... drink plenty of water, and keep busy! Your body won't crave the food, you won't eat out of boredom, and your body will adjust to its newer, healthier setting quickly, processing everything efficiently.

I was gonna say: wire your mouth shut, but since you added all those details....

why are you doing this to yourself? if you are thinking about food on a constant basis, that probably means that you are not getting enough food in your body. Are you exercising? this will help keep it off. eat healthily and exercise. you should be fine.

Try drinking as much water as you can. Drink a bottle every hour...idk but it definitely keeps you from feeling hungry as much.
