You will be stressed if you know you did not prepare and know you are not going to do well. That's natural.

If you are prepared and always make good grades but still get stressed, you may have a test anxiety disorder and there's good medications that can help.

But if you are stressed because you did not study, that's normal.

Reasons why:
* you're not prepared
* you generally get anxious for tests which means you need to meet a councellor so they can give you advice on how to be more relaxed during this stressful time

Because not every person tests well.
Or you are unprepared (lack of study).
