Goya has a whole complete line of products, all of them good quality, even though a bit more expensive than the same item in another brand. If you are not familiar with Caribbean style food, (Goya is a Puerto Rican company) it is a good way to begin. They have frozen products that are ready made and just need frying or baking. They have both canned and dried beans. The gandules cans have a recipe for making Puerto Rican style rice and gandules. They have boxed mixes for a lot of rice dishes, including paella (which I doctor up a bit). I like their bacalaitos, which is a boxed mix for making codfish cakes.
There are juices from the Caribbean fruits like guanabana, guava, passion fruit, tamarind, and others that I really like. Try them!

I'm a fan of the Chipotle Salsito. It's of medium hot spiciness with a nice smoky flavor as well. I gently cook some onions and garlic in oil over medium heat until the onions are clear and transluxcent. I add half a teaspoon of cumin, a teaspoon of vinegar, and a can of Goya Small Pink Beans. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes then add a generous 5 or 6 dashes of the Salsito. MMmmmmm MMMmmmmm GoooooD!
