hmmmmm.... i would say a salad but u must add like some meats, chesse, olives and so on so it will fill u up, maybe fat free dressing etc a bottle of water or real juice to drink and yogurt on the side as a desert if ur not too full

Have a salad and go easy on the dressing - that's where all the fat and calories are.

Too bad you didn't ask earlier...you could have brought a really healthy lunch from home!

BTW, avoid tuna; it is very high in mercury. The FDA recommends no more than one tuna meal/month.

So sue me, Starkist!

I would get deli stuff for a sandwich (turkey, ham, salami, etc, cheese--provolone is good, and lettuce...don't forget bread!). You can get baby carrots or celery which is good snacking foods. For dessert have some trail mix (really healthy...you can buy it already made) or some Ben & Jerry's low-fat ice cream (yummy!).

Pure Vegetable Salad with french or italian dressing.
Or a sandwich with very little in between.

Something with rice would be good. It's easily digested, so you won't bloat. Use Beano or avoid gassy veggies. I'd skip anything with garlic.

chicken salad on whole wheat bread or whole grain crackers is good. Or if u don't like either of those you could wrap the chicken salad in lettuce leaves.
