According to your values, if your body burns 1300 Cal. a day, and you burn extra 700 by activity(That's what I'm assuming you mean), and eat only 1000 Cal a day. You will have net Calorie loss of 1000 a day. Since 3500 cal=one pound of fat. You will be losing a lot of weight very quickly.

If your body burns 1300 calories a day and you eat 1000 calories, your body will burn 300 calories of fat. Each gram of fat will supply 8 calories. 8 into 300 = approximately 37 grams of fat burned a day.
You have to be careful to not reduce your calorie intake too much or your body will decrease your metabolism so that your body burns less calories thereby making it harder to lose weight.
It is far better to eat 1200 calories and increase your exorcise so that your body burns 1500 cal./day. That way your body burns the the same amount of fat but your body will increase your metabolism so that you have more energy during the day.
I don't know what you mean regarding the 700 cal. or the 1000 cal.
