First of all - there has never been a description of Jesus and
painters originally portrayed him as clean shaven to make him
look innocent. Later some scholars decided that if he was a Jew
then he had to sport a beard.
Secondly - It seems silly to me to love somebody that lived and
died over 2000 years ago and that they never knew. The only
thing that you know about him, is that he was a real person and
did what he thought was best - just like I do and most other folks
do. Very little is known about him including what he looked like
and nothing was even written about him until 50 years after his
death and is now immortalized by the Gregorian calendar and
a bunch of hype.

No, it isn't bad to love Jesus, it is Evil...
...in the Nietzschean sense.
Nietzsche distinguished between the good/bad dichotomy and the good/evil dichotomy. Beyond good and evil is good and bad. Good/Bad is a subjective dichotomy, whereas good/evil promises an objective basis. If you don't love Jesus, then it's not bad to not love Jesus, unless you personally believe that loving Jesus is a good thing. For all intents and purposes, it IS, however, "evil" to not love Jesus, because the term "evil" connotes participation in the particular moral language that espouses the truth that yes, indeed, it is evil to not love Jesus.
Jesus shaves, by the way.

That is a silly question. You should love Jesus because he loves you no matter what you look like and how much you hate or dislike him. I bet Jesus was a very nice looking man. He had that hippie look going on. That's really pretty cool.

you are going by the Hollywood Jesus. Jesus is Gods son and we are also Gods children. he created each and every one of us in his image.
think about this if you are in the image of your physical mom and dad, that means you look like them, right? well each one of us looks like the father. and we also have his characteristics and his power because when you are saved and a christian, then he lives inside of you. I john 4:7 says that God is Love. Love is inside of you. if you dont love Jesus, God is not with you. Jesus is not some dude with a ugly beard, he is a spirit that lives within you. matter of fact he is a part of you. if you dont love jesus, you dont love yourself.
