I love it when someone says "God Bless You". We all need all the Blessings we can get, and I'm not only talking material, but in every way. you saying that is just asking him to Bless that person some more.

It does not complication me if somebody suggested God Bless you or basically basically Bless you as quickly as I sneeze. I grew up in a German American residing house and that i continuously heard the term "God bless you and now the devil could have you ever." LOL... strange yet actual.

I said it to a young Christian once and she replied, "He does everyday." The next time I said it, I added, "God bless you today and everyday as He always does." She was happy (but I was exhausted).

I have never heard of anyone being offended by that.

Do you know why we say that?

Some religions (wayyyyyy back in history) believed that when you sneezed the devil could enter your body....lol...weird I know .... SOOOO when someone sneezed you would say "God Bless You" so that the devil couldn't possess your body...its true...look it up sometime!
