My daughter is obsessed with neopets. She spends hours and hours on that virtual world. I've even seen her grades fall. So how do I get her account deleted? It doesn't mention anything about deleting accounts on this Neopets.

Might I make a suggestion, though? Neopets can be very addicting, trust me I understand that! How about a compromise?
You change her password and e-mail address to something that you have control over. You allow her a set amount of time on the site if, and only *IF* her grades stay at an acceptable level and she gets her work done. If she abuses the privilege or allows her grades to slip, her time on the site is curtailed.
Give her a chance. If she continues to slack off, then delete her account. Use the site as a reward, as an incentive. Try to spur her on to greater things by giving her motivation.
Just a suggestion.
The first link below is the link to remove the account. The second link is to a page which, if you are signed onto her account, should show you the e-mail address she uses on the site.
You're going to need to know the e-mail address she uses for the site, her password and possibly her pin number. If you need any further assistance with anything Neo, feel free to contact me.

good day. i have had neopets for like 3 years. Ha yet i dont imagine you may delete it. basically assist you're puppy die. and it might delete through itself. sorry if this isn't what you've been searching for

You will need to enter your password before you can make any changes." from neopets.com but she can always create an other account so you will need to block the website or keep her off the internet

um what don't you let her do computer once a week.
And pursue her to read books.
