You should be ok,Undercooked burger do not always hurt you, it's only if it came from unhygienic conditions, if it did 12 hours !!

food poisoning starts 20- 60 min. after ingesting bad food
I eat all beef med rare except frozen pre-maid from the store, that's meat from different sources well-done to be safe. but you should be OK.

You would start vomiting within two hours of ingesting saminella infested food. If that time has passed you are ok.

i would think you will be fine if nothing happens within 3 to 4 hours

Just regular food poisoning if it didn't make you sick the first time you ate it. If you are sick for more than 24 hours or you start swelling up I would go to the doctor.

If you haven't gotten sick within a few hours you should be ok. Just be sure you don't psycho yourself into being sick. It can be just as bad.

No undercooked meats will harm you if they are not contaminated the any bacteria.
