Also need sodium, trans fat, saturated fat, protein, cholesterol - we threw out the nutritional facts last night when we cooked half of the chicken breasts. Please help if you can - including pointing me to a website that has info like this. Thanks, Doug.

4 oz. Cooked is 183 cals 34G Protein, 4 Fat
4 oz. Raw is 123 cals, 23G Protein, 3G Fat

One frozen 4OZ. skinless boneless chicken breast has 120 calories, 480 mg. sodium, 0g trans fat, 1 gram sat. fat, 21 g of protein, and 65mg of cholesterol. Hope this helps!
