The rhetoric of these activists is largely aimed at Mexicans, not other illegal aliens, and frequently does not distinguish between Mexicans and Mexican-Americans.

"These groups are hiding behind the mask of illegal immigration when their real concern is the growing Mexican-American population,"

"While there are legitimate concerns for America regarding illegal immigration, the fact that border vigilantes, and in some instances racist and anti-Semitic hate groups, are exploiting these concerns to promote an anti-Hispanic agenda is very troubling."

"Mexican Klan" and "Mexican Nazis."

yep... the nyt reported the army relaxed their hate group filter too. vigilantes are never cool. they're too unpredictable even when they're well intentioned. i'm terrified of cops even with the video cameras on their hoods and dashes.

Honestly, this country itself is based on illegal immigration and theft. The europeans came over to America and really said to the indians, "you have to do what we say because we have guns."

That right there is theft and immigration. Yes I know that there was no government in place to say for the indians that these people came over here illegally but that like most things that they do are looked over.

Hurricane Katrina, someone should be responsible for all of those deaths for not responding in a timely manner. That also, looked over. They should realize that this country is the ticket to freedom (so they say) and many people from other countries want to come here. Maybe these people are really "refugees" and are trying to make a better life for themselves and their families. However, should they come over and cause problems or are creating crime and are illegal, we cannot find them in Mexico once they return home.

1) There is no such thing as a Mexican/American you are one or the other. There are no African/Americana's, etc. There will be unrest as long as the subtitle is used in the English language. That's all I got to say about that.

Hate groups are stirring up trouble on the Aztlan side too, note.

Hate groups do that.

It isn't the meat of the issue, however.

I believe it.Why don't they go to Airports,or the Canadian border? Why don;t they "hunt down" overstayed visas? They want immigration to stop only from the south. That says it all.
