I believe that as long as both parties enjoyed the act, then you should give it no more thought. I also hope that the elder lady was completely aware of what has happened and that there are no complications to overcome if this should happen again. Even though this event is a rarity in our society, it is not unheard of and there is nothing to be ashamed about.
