Honeslty, I do say those things as I am a self-conscious eccentric. I saw Crivens in a Viz comic strip and I immediately adopted it. I sometimes say 'Coo' which was in the Beezer a lot.

Isn't it funny how we're afraid to use certain adjectives, verbs, nouns.
If you listen closely you'll see that the same connotation is behind your words so what does it matter besides offending fools?

When my husband is trying to keep from swearing, he says "Cheese and Crackers" - "Jack Face" or "Monkey Balls" - it's actually kind of funny!
