hi all i been doing weights for 6 momths and want to try a volumiser. i hear so much great things about creatine how it pumps mucsle and volumise muscle. but then wen i read about glutamine it also says that it volumises cell. if possible i would love to take glutamine over creatine due to my budget. can anyone tell me if glutamine will give me same affect as creatine? thx guys

Glutamine doesn't volumize, but it protects your muscles against wasting away. It also helps protect your digestive system. There is a somewhat long article on Glutamine and its functions found here:

Creatine pulls more water into the muscle cells and by doing so, it makes them larger. Being larger from hydration helps bring in more protein.

there not the same thing. glutamine does help volumize as does creatine but that is not the main function of either supp. glutamine is the main amino acid in ur muscles. it makes about 40% of them. it is the main source of energy for ur immune system which is how it really helps u recover. creatine provides ur body with whats called ATP through a chemical process. ATP is the source of energy that ur muscles use for short bursts of exercise like weight training. its that extra energy that helps u get more reps and lift heavier weights which translates into more muscle. glutamine is much more expensive than creatine. try prolab for both. its the best brand of both. u dont need any fancy supp like cell-tech. just eat enough protein and carbs and u will grow.
