Do you like your dog?
If so, then I would think size doesn't matter.

Sox is not slow -- she's going to get a little bigger, but stay small.
Females of those breeds are smaller than males to start with. But since she's a product of mixes, she could have a medium-sized dog, or even smallish dog, as an ancestor, and it could be showing up now.
This isn't bad from a health point of view. In fact, the more that is mixed in, the healthier dogs often are.
It's only a little bad if you were counting on a large dog for protection or something else crucial. If not, I'm sure you'll love having her.

By the time a dog is a year old, they're pretty much their full size.
They will fill out and put muscle on within the next 6 months to a year, but that's about it.
Purebred female GSD's classically weigh between 55-65#and stand 22-24" at the highest point of their shoulders
Purebred female Rottweilers 22-25" at the highest point of their shoulders and weigh between 70-85#
Purebred female Pit Bull Terriers weigh between 30-50# and stand 18-22" at the highest point of their shoulders
Both the Rottie and PBT tend to be very muscular (and muscle weighs more than fat) and GSD's are lean and longer, but unless she has mostly Rottie in her, she's probably going to be a medium sized dog, and even then will top out at about 70#.
You answered your own question when you said your other dog is a LAB mix...totally different body shape.
Leave her be, she's probably just fine and beautiful.

Some dogs are just small. Even in purebreds, sometimes a dog just turns out petite. You've got a mix so there's really no telling how big she'll get, but at 1 year old she's mostly full grown. She'll fill out more but she won't get much taller probably.

It's probably what she's mixed with. Also, sometimes, mixed breeds tend to be smaller. I have a shepherd greyhound mix and her max weight is 50 pounds during the winter and weighs 40 pounds during the summer. This is not bad, it's just natural. As long as you train her consistantly, she'll be smart, obedient and wonderful.

No telling what she is really mixed with. As long as she is eating well and you can't see her ribs then don't worry about it. She'll be the size she is. Nothing you can do will change that.

I dont think its bad.I think you just have a smaller dog.The fact that she mixed is good there mixed breeds usually have less genitic problems and are stronger immune systems.

I wouldn't worry about her size as long as she is healthy.
