well once i dumped my bf of four years a week ago it has been hard to meet another guy can someone help me?

Its going to be hard to find someone that quick, especially because whenever u try to look for something you never find it. So, try to do things for urself, learn how to let go of that other relationship before u get into a new one. Don' t look for a rebound, because what goes around comes around! Stay active and just go out with ur girlfriends and that way you girls can just meet new people in general and hopefully soon u will find a nice new guy.

You need to give your self time you will meet some one when you least expect it. You need time to be you and do fun things with friends and not have to answer to anyone for a while!! Take it slow and see what happens ..you will get your pick!!

Take your time. You still have a lot of baggage. Don't rebound into another relationship too quickly, especially at your age.
