This is really like the old question "Does a tree falling in a forest make a sound if there's no-one there to hear?"
The reason is that you don't know you are pregnant the morning after so you cant say anything any which way.
But if you were pregnant the law would not consider it to be murder and the last time I checked the US Constitution still overrode the Bible and all the fanatics who think they live according to the Bible.

No, it's not murder, because it just keeps an egg from being implanted. It's a just a large dose of the hormone progesterone, and that's what birth control pills are made out of.

No dear, its not. It's even very sensible to take the morning after pill if you've had unprotected sex and don't want to get pregnant. Even better would be to have safe sex though.

not as far as i know. in the event that fertilisation has occurred, there's a cut-off point. obviously it isn't murder if there's nothing "living". in any event, unless the baby could live if it was born at that point, an abortion is only murder in the same way as an anti-biotic murders germs, which are organisms as well.

i doubt that helps to clear it up, but i wanted to give some perspective.

Of course not!! No life has been terminated by a person taking the morning after pill.

It works exactly the same way as regular birth control pills do. It's not an abortion pill.

No it's not. It's just another form of birth control just like the pill or condoms.
