Eat 1500 calories, but if you're under 16 don't do that. If you are under 16, do a 1,900 calorie diet per day. Exercise 1 hour in the morning { try to burn about 500 calories }, 30 minutes at lunch time { burn more than100 }, and 30 minutes 1.5 hours after dinner. Try to burn about 200 calories. Follow that schedule for about 6 months. I lost 19 pounds. ALSO, NEVER EAT PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED OIL OR SWEETS!! Good luck!! =)
