I am trying to be serious here people, my female partner has rode it for at least an hour and sometimes it still won't go down.

Well that's quite dangerious and you could hurt yourself very seriously. You should not ever abuse those ED drugs.
Go get one of those hotel ice buckets, fill it with ice and stick it in there. That will bring it down in record time. It works every time.

It's called a priapism. If its still "there" after another 2 hrs or if it gets painful, go to the ER.
