yes it could. but the thing about it is, is this. black hair only lifts at the most of 3-4 levels lighter. so ur best bet would be to lighten it as light as it will go. id recommend leaving the bleach on for about 20 minutes maybe 30 at the most. remember u dont want ur hair to break off. then wait 2-3 days and do it again. just as long as u condition it really good it should be fine. also... best bleach product to use... go to a sallys store... if u have those in ur area and buy basic white... its the name of the bleach and its the only bleach that will give ur hair the lift u need. dont use over the counter ****... it sucks.

It could if you do it yourself, go to a stylist, they always do best. If you can't afford to have it done profesionaly just leave the bleach in long enough and it won't, I bleached my hair twice, the first time I left it in like the directions said and it turned out fine, the second time I was impatient and it turned out orange. Learn from my mistake, and even if it does look blonde, dont take it out untill your supposed to.

don't bleach it just highlight it withs some dirty blonde...bleaching makes it look like a wig.....and if you by the right products and followed the directions it will turn out the way you want it.

Dye, bleach, peroxyde etc. They pollute the environment. Why don't you leave your hair alone? Black hair is so beautiful! Why do you want to have fake hair?

Sometimes these things can go wrong, but if you follow the insrtuctions and buy a good brand then I think you should be alright. If in any doubt, go to a salon!

go to a professional, because I know a girl who attempted bleaching her hair and it turned out a nasty yellow color.

My cousin's natural black hair turned orange. If that Bozo look is what you want then go for it.

Your bangs will turn reddish orange before they turn white.
