...if he really loves me as much as he says he does wouldnt he want to keep our relationship even if i am two hours away at college (he is 7 years older?
My ex and I broke up when I left for college because the long-distance was too hard for him to handle. We remained very close friends and I still am madly in love with him. I recently found out he had a new girlfriend and it broke my heart. I told him I can't talk to him anymore and he broke down saying that he loves me and wants to be with me...its just so hard because I am so far away. He confessed his passion and love for me...saying that he wants to be with me but we are just both living separate lives right now. I don't know what to do because I still love him so much and strongly feel like we will get back together someday. Does he realy still love me and is using this new girl for sex? He calls me all the time to check in and see how I am..tells me he misses me ad everything

College was the best time of my life! This guy is screwing with you. Get out of your room and have some fun. I'd give my left arm to be back in college. Who knows, you may find an even better guy wherever you are. I'm sure he's not sitting around his dorm, so why should you.

I know it's tough, but he's playing games. We've all been there. If he wanted to be with you, he would. I'm sorry, but there's a life out there so get away from this knucklehead.

Let me learn you something:-) He is just using that girl for his pleasure. Leave him! You in college girl, this is when you enjoy yourself. Don't let him interfere with your studies. I'm sure there's plenty to choose from within your school. On the other hand...if you still want to stay with him. Test his love for you. Don't do things out of the ordinary. In a long distance relationship, trust and honesty are the two most important elements. See where he stands within those two categories. Good luck!!

I think it's lucky you found out now instead of after marrying him. Say you had to go out of town for a job after you were married or if he did. You certainly couldn't trust him. He obviously needs a woman at all times. I would find myself another boyfriend and forget about him.
