I really hope you don't mind me answering even though I am not an Atheist.
1. "Christianity must be true because the Bible says that the believers in this world will be hated by non-believers."
This does not prove the entire Bible to be true. You are not going to Hell for wearing a cotton/polyesther blend, nor will you go for eating shellfish. If an Atheist book proclaimed that the sky was blue it would not prove that all Atheists are correct in their beliefs.
2. "I wanted to say that I notice for the most part that atheist seem to attack Christianity only. I hardly see any atheist attact Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, or Hinduism."
I hardly ever see any Jewish, Islamic, Buddhist or Hindu attack Atheist beliefs. Question them maybe, but not often attack. Christians on the other hand (not all mind you) are vocal and vicious in their attacks against Atheism. I've seen insults hurled at Atheists from "Christians" that would make Jesus himself weep in shame. There is a minority of Christians who are cruel and they stop at nothing to make others who don't share their beliefs feel inferior. It's a shame that they make the smart accepting Christians look bad, but it happens.
3. "Does atheist hatred really prove the Bible right when it says that believers will be hated?"
No. *see my answer to point 1*

I am an atheist, and if a Jew, a Muslim, a Buddhist, or a Hindu had posted such a prejudiced question, I would react the same way. I do not hate Christianity-- some of my best friends are Christians and I thoroughly respect their devotion to their belief. This is because I believe in something called tolerance and diversity. However, I do not tolerate when people make bigoted remarks about any belief, whether Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, or atheism.

Perhaps its not atheists attacking Christianity but atheists defending themselves from Christianity. You also should reread some of the historical information found outside the bible. Of the religious groups you mentioned ONLY Christianity and Islam proselytize. i.e. push their particular brand of religion off on people the others don't seek or actively recruit members. Both Christianity and Islam FORCED conversion and both erased entire cultures in their fanaticism. Your protestation that many other religions oppresses people doesn't make Christians right in doing the same thing. Maybe you don't notice atheists "attack" other group because your too busy beating that sanctimonious drum of yours.. dial it down a notch or two Christians seem to be whining alot about being picked on lately maybe its just everyone is fed up with that smug judgmental attitude of theirs...hmmm isn't judging others one thing Christian AREN'T suppose to do? At any rate to answer your question it doesn't prove your bible is right it only proves you like to take things out of context shouldn't you be looking at the entire bible and not just the parts that you find convenient to prove your point?

First of all, few atheists hate Christianity. They just don't agree with it, like they don't agree with other religions.
Secondly, the reason why atheists attack Christianity more than other religions (at least here) is because Christians are a lot more active than other groups in shoving their beliefs down our throat, disrespecting us and spreading misconceptions and prejudice towards us.
I have never had a muslim behave as bad towards me being an atheist as some of the Christians here.
So no, it doesn't prove the Bible right, it just proves you are more arrogant and intolerant than other religions, although ironically the Bible tries to teach you the opposite.

I complain about Islam every time someone posts a question that insists that the Muslims really aren't violent. These questions are only posted about 1/40 of the times that anti-atheist or pro-christian questions are posted.
The mass majority of the people on this board are either atheist/agnostic, or Christian, so obviously most of the questions will concern them. Besides, most of us live in the US, where Christianity is a larger and more common problem than Islam or Hinduism.
Christians generally hate me for my beliefs, and yet I don't claim to be right about atheism because they are hypocritical. The bible is wrong on many occasions, and a prediction about logical people disliking illogical people would only be too easy to make. Grow up, and use logic, not blind faith, to find life's truths.

Even though I am not an atheist, I can speak partly on their behalf. First of all, atheists don't believe in God at all so they actually are against any monotheistic religion (when I say against, I mean they don't agree with them). do you want to know why they "attack" and ridicule christians for their beliefs because people never accept them for theirs. You have self rightous Christians who feel they need to try and bash the idea of God and christ into their head through what the bible says. No one ever stops and listens to them simply to understand where they come from and why they believe what they believe. You don't ever really hear of buddhists, jews, muslims or other religions trying to fight them in a battle of beliefs, it is always the over zealous christian. While they're trying to "further the kingdom of God" they end up pushing people away because they don't know how to identify with someone who believes that their God doesn't exist. You may feel attacked as a christian by atheists but that is only because they don't follow your beliefs and you don't take the time to understand them. If you want to make an impact on someones life and eventually show them God and Christ, then you have to start with the basics, and that's showing them love and loving them for who they are even if they don't believe in God.

Oh really,
I'm an atheist and I can attack all religions. Islam is time-wasting with all the salat, Hinduism perpetuates the caste system, judaism hangs on to stupid laws.
Atheists go after many different religions, for example:

Do you believe Nostradamus too? If I had a book that said women and men will disagree about stuff, would you take that book as true? Why not? It's a prediction that came true, right? Spooky, huh?
As for atheists attacking christians, which other religions do you see attacking atheists? Or attacking anyone for that matter. I don't write anything to attack christians, only to defend myself from their attacks. Just like this one.
Get a life, and have a nice day.

Someone hating someone else is not a hard concept for people to come up with...btw...
That is like my "predicting" that within in the next two weeks at some point you will wear something blue. Or that you will make someone made and hate you for a moment of their lives in those weeks. And if you do or it happens, then it must be PROOF that I am psychic! ...the "because the book said so" junk is not good enough "proof" that is real.
Oh, and many don't pick on people of other religions because, at least for us in Christian dominated countries, YOU are the ones who can't leave us alone. I have never had Jews, Buddhists, people of Islam, or any others come to my door (and other places in public)...It's always been those of some variation of Christianity that come and try to make me be one of them.

No - it only proves that whoever wrote the Bible KNEW that people would scofff at it, so they were smart enough to say that those that will scoff at it are the enemy....
Atheists are not the only ones that attack your religion.
What you dont see is Jews, Muslims Buhdists or Hindus on this site making statements like "we must be true" or trying to convert every person with hollow threats of a non-existent afterlife. Thats why you are attacked.
