Every time i come back from a trip my cat is very vocal when we get home,and very frisky......why???

I don't know how long you were gone, but it seems short. My cat greets me with a loud meow every morning if I don't get up as early as he does!!!! Sounds like they are trying to "talk" to you whenever they can. THEY LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

Cats do not experience time in the same way we do. I'm not sure what that means, but that's what all the vets have told me. So, basically, for them, you might have been gone for only a second, or it might have been eightythree years! And no matter how long or short the time, he or she has a million things to tell you and show you, because the only thing interesting around here is them, right? Yes, they ARE right!

The friskiness because she missed you and the vocal part because she's yelling at you why you left her. I've had a rabbit that didn't "speak"to me for three days after I'd been on a vacation. He also didn't accept lettuce and stuff if I tried to give it to him and I was not allowed to cuddle him. After three days he'd forgotten he was mad at me and then I could cuddle him and give him snacks and stuff. He did this eight years in a row.
