The catch all is malnutrition, but it depends what kind of "not eating right" you mean.

Lots of carcinogenic food... yes, cancer.
Lots of fatty food... atherosclerosis (furring of the arteries), hypertension (high blood pressure), coronary / pulmonary and cerebral artery narrowing and occlusion / embolism leading to lung failure, cardiac ishaemia (angina) and infarct (heart attack) and strokes... basically death. Plus weight gain i.e. obesity, and diabetes.
Lots of sugary food... diabetes again, and insulin intolerance
Lots of caffiene... you turn into me... your melatonin / cortisone balance gets royally screwed, your sleep patterns forever disturbed and your face cursed with panda eyes.
Lots of water... you pee a lot!
Lots of salt... again, hypertension and potential for (non-embolic) stroke, plus renal failure
Lack of various vitamins, minerals, other nutrients - wide variety of deficiency disorders, too many for me to list or reliably remember... Ricketts, Scurvy, Kwashiorkor, Ketosis/Acidosis (famously brought on by the badly imbalanced Atkins diet)... etc etc
Eating too little; eating too much then voluntarily vomiting it back up, both due to false body image and/or food cravings - Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia (ok, causes not effects, but still), leading to severe weight loss and / or gain, esophageal scarring, long term mental effects.
Too much acidic, alcoholic, and other mildly toxic stuff, or anything which introduces Helicobacter Pylori to your stomach - acid indigestion (dispepsia), reflux, gastroenteritis, stomach and duodenal ulcers. Basicially your body becomes mine (or my father's) after 8 pints of tennants, and tries to painfully eat itself from the inside out, needing twice the reccomended dose of gaviscon and a polystyrene mug of lentil soup to sort itself out.
Anything with parasites in.... tapeworms, malaria, leshmaniasis, sleeping sickness, etc.

there's tons of different nutritional disorders out there! get wiki / yahoo / google ifying for good informational sites

Kwashiorkor, pellagra, rickets, these are three diseases directly related to malnutrition. Coronary artery disease, though there may be a genetic element, is also caused by "not eating right," as, of course, is obesity.

Failure to thrive, or children not developing properly, leading to mental and physical retardation, or even death, is from not eating right.

Most of the premature death in the world is directly or indirectly due to malnutrition.

The problem is, if you don't "eat right", you lower your body's resistance to everything, including cancer.

Almost everyone has dormant cancer cells, things like smoking can trigger them. Remember that feeding your body the proper food is helping your body to fight disease. We all have diseases that our body naturally fights every day. If you weaken your bodies resistance by not eating - it gives these bad cells a lot more power.

Remember your body is constantly fighting and if you don't arm it (food) - the cells will weaken. Not to mention that long term "not eating right" can cause heart problems, muscle problems as well as the ones I mentioned above.

There's a host of possibilities- scurvy, anemia, rickets, as well as the fact that you'll have a weakened immune system and it's harder for your body to fight off anything.
