You are doing great. I would probably lose the chips and switch it for fruit. I am very proud of you for taking the initiative but remember to make it fun. Increase your water intake no sodas and if you must snack try fruits and vegetables. Make sure you take a multi vitamin to keep your energy up. When you do switch breads make sure you get actual wheat bread instead of carmelized white bread that they call wheat bread.

Feel free to email me.

I would lose the chips, those things aer chalk full of bad stuff. One of the best things you can purchase are vegetables. When ever you get the munchies, go green. You burn more calories eating celery than what is in celery. Try to eat large quantities of vegetables with baked chicken or fish (no fried) and you will be filled but still have eaten healthy. Also, do some for of exercise everyday. It could be something as simple as taking the furthest parking spot at work, school, or the store. Or walking to the grocery store if it is close enough. You can also just walk in place and bringing your knees up as high as possible while watching TV. Congrats on losing weight already... Keep it up and Good Luck.

Your diet isn't bad but it could be better.
You want to read labels and cut anything out of your diet that is more than 20% fat. Read the labels and if the fat calories are more than 20% of the overall calories then don't eat it.
Keep exercising and do not skip meals or your body will go into a starvation mode which lowers your metabolism and then you don't lose weight.

It's always a balance between a good diet and getting enough exercise. If you take in more energy (food) than you burn off (by your activities) then your body is made to store the excess energy (as fat).

I admire you wanting to do something about getting better in shape. Keep up the good work and if you need any additional information let me know.

What i would suggest is what i base my meals on. For breakfast I have an apple and a bagel, during the morning i snack on carrots and cucumbers, lunch and dinner are combined at about 4:00. I eat nothing after that time. Walking is great exercise if you do it fast enough. A good treadmill will let you adjust the speed and incline to make it harder. Good luck!

the meals sound good but i would get rid of the junk food during lunch and replace it with fruits. also try getting up earlier and taking a walk around 8 in the morning. this starts ur day and helps u lose more weight. and the weight loss sounds good. its a slow process but looks like u have the patience to go through with it! keep up the good work!

Hi
Good for you ,try this plan for some time so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
