it sounds like seasonal depression. You should get put on ou may need meds for the depression, but i dont believe in meds. you should really try to do yoga and meditaion. Blackjadedrose has the best answer I've seen, and I have 20+ years as a mental health practitioner, now retired. Whether e-mailing her will help or not, that's for the two of you to discover, but she's got the right diagnosis. Maybe you also want to go get some counseling. Had you tried getting involved in some type of community service, sport or training? School. has started again. Are you really good at a particular subject that you can tutor others? That to me would be fulfilling.. make you feel good that you're helping someone else.
