take a small or medium sized tortilla shell, (Size of shell depends on how many you are serving). Get some Crisco and heat it up to a boil. Deep-fry the tortilla shell in a bowl shape-They make special utensils for that-After it's golden brown, take it out of the oil and put it on paper towels to dry and cool. Then, sprinkle Cinnamon/sugar mix on it. Take your ice cream and roll it in frosted flakes. Put it in the now cooled down bowl. Top with whip cream and chocolate, and what ever else you like!

1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 large egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
Vegetable oil for frying
Chocolate sauce for accompaniment
Strawberry sauce for accompaniment
Sweetened whipped cream for accompaniment
Chocolate shavings for garnish

6. To serve, drizzle fried ice cream with chocolate or strawberry sauce, place a dollop of sweetened whipped cream on top and garnish with chocolate shavings.

The easiest way is to make scoops of icecream and dunk them into pancake batter. Quickly freeze them till needed. Make sure the oil is hot and the flavored syrups are handy. Be cateful not to overcook. When the batter gets a gold color they are done.

if your asking how to fry ice cream, I don't think that would be possible. You can try it and probably end up with some "leche quemada" which is a mexican candy translated into burned milk.
