i dont know my mom keeps saying that she keeps having headache and making me pick out white hairs so she wont have the headache any more....

No, white hair does not give you headaches; but if your mom believes they do, stop pulling them out. Every time you pull one, 10 more show up. Her belief that white hairs give headaches will only grow bigger.

No connection between white hair and headaches. Your mom should see a doctor if the headaches persist.

No. But my kids give me a headache sometimes and now I am getting white hair... so maybe headaches make you have white hair?
