My wife has a pain pump and her Dr has told he will not treat here and we cannot find another dr to fill pump?

can he cut her off like that without her haveing another dr in place

Depends on the reason why he will not treat her. If he has a good reason to believe there is mismanagement/abuse of the medication, if there is non compliance to his orders, yes, he can and as long as he follow certain guidelines in doing so.

The fact you cannot find another Doctor willing to treat her makes me suspect that one or both of the problems is present here.

wow, i haven't heard of this, what is a pain pump,
and yes doctors can stop when ever he likes.
maybe he is not helping thinking your wife might get addicted to it.
