Maybe a scholarship or an internship. Contact a school that you are interested in and ask to speak with an advisor and/or with financial aid.

You might be able to get some loans like Stafford or Perkins but that is probably it. Not because you are international but because you are a graduate student. Check with the financial aid office.

Wow there are so many ways to make this possible!
Try internship, scholarship, or just apply like any other student from the US! Send an e-mail to the counselor or if the school is big, to the financial aid department... Good luck!

I got my graduate school loans through MOHELA - The Missouri Higher Education Loan Authority. The state has to offer certain levels of higher-education assistance in order to continue to receive federal funding, and there aren't enough grad students in the state, so they end up having to loan to students who don't even live in/go to school in their state.

Check out their website: www.mohela.org
