Supposing you meet a guy, and you are good friends with him. It seems that he gets heavily turned on by one or more of your private parts and wants to have "access" to them, i.e. probably touch and kiss your parts (legs, shoulder, navel etc.) He expresses this desire to you & he promises that he will NOT have intercourse, just he wants to touch/feel and kiss your parts.
Assuming that you kind of like him, and you are at the moment single. In this case, would you allow him to access your private parts - provided that there is no intercourse & it is hopefully just a one-time fling?

I think that would just open the door to something else. A real friend would keep it on a certain level and not want to cross the line. If the guy wants to do that, he is clearly wanting more than just friendship.

I wouldn't because I know that his hormones won't let him keep his promises. There is no such thing as a one-time fling. If you get access, you'd want it till there's no more.
