My brother had his b-day party today, he had 4 friends to boomdocks *game center* for the whole party I ran around getting them golf balls when they fell in the water, and I ran and got cameras for my mom because she couldn't trust the boys to behave without being under a watchful eye. We went back to the house had cake and ice cream, they played around, then we took one of his friends home (piano) I got on the computer, but then they went in my room, and through my drawers in my dresser. I found them and kicked them out. When the rest of them had to leave mom took them home, and said she would talk to my brother. She just said next time he wouldn't have friends over agian. My brother just laughed, and then I started telling him how much I didn't appreciate it (much meaner) and mom's not punishing him at all, and my dad won't care either! What should I do, I'm only 12 years old!

not much you can do if you do the same thing back to him you most likely will get punished it's a sad fact that boys are treated differently than girls I know I have a brother and he never got in trouble for what he did when he was younger give it a few years and wait till he has a girlfriend and embrass him in front of her that what I do to mine

Take matters in your own hands but make sure in the long run it can't be blamed on you.
No thats bad......I would do it though but just calm down and think a few years from now you can move out and have your own space and make his life hell when he would want you to cover for him with his girlfriends... etc

How old is your brother? It does sound unfair that he isn't being punished. You did a lot to make his birthday special. Invent your own punishment, for one thing I wouldn't be doing him any favors for awhile.

Well i would try too talk to my mom (im same age) (female) and i would tell her that i felt kinda strange that my brothers friends went through my stuff and that i would like him to be punished and i would also ask her to talk to their moms. And if she refuses then i would talk to my brother by myself and then i would try to get a hold of their moms or dads and talk to them, bcuz that would just bug me forever*!* ttyl byes
