women lose fat best by doing long periods of exercise, not necessarily intense, especially for hard to lose places like you're waist and tummy. We can't really control all that well where we lose our fat first, but toning can also help, as well as having good posture, so you're stomach area looks flater. Do you smoke? I know, I know...but research says that smoking actually increases fat buildups in that area of your body too. Good luck! As far as diet though, eat mostly fruits and vegetables, because it gives you lots of energy, vitamins, and minerals, and you can eat a lot without gaining very many calories, so you burn more than you take in if you exercise. Also, your body adapts really well, so try a new and different exercise than what you already do, switch it up so that you're body gets more of an exercise and so burns more calories and that fat! ;)

The best way to reduce midsection fat is any kind of aerobic excercise. Pick your favorite, do it for 1 hour 4-5 times a week. See the fat melt. Only DO NOT increase your current calorie intake while doing this.

You lose fat in layers...think of it as peeling an onion. Spot reduction is purely a myth. Get out there and run/jog/do crunches/etc. It'll come off, but not by sitting in front of your computer. Good luck!

Is anyone else sick of these questions? Three words: diet and exercise.
If someone knew of a better way, they'd be the richest person in the world.
