That would depend on the maturity level of each individual teen. Some can distinguish between what's right and wrong at an earlier age......some (especially boys) never grow up! Prove to your parents that you are mature enough to date and chances are they will let you start dating.
Remember.......dating does not always have to include sex.

I think around 15 or 16, but thats just me, some people arent ready by that time and others are ready to date before then
