please dont say ur only racist with illegals because when ur in the street and start being racist with a mexican how do u know if they're illegal or not? my question is just to see if u are racist with every one who isnt white or just illegals? and please i dont want any rude, childish 8yr old answers

I suspect in certain parts of the country, and especially in certain areas like agriculture, people view most as illegals!

Many people in this country, most Republicans, especially the neocons, are a racist, bigoted, homophobic lot!! Many still try and feed me the Myth crap that I know is untrue!

Illegal Mexicans ARE NOT criminals! The statute that they come under is CIVIL, NOT CRIMINAL!

The CRIMINALS are THEIR EMPLOYERS!!!!

I don't start 'being racist on the street' with anyone. I can know LA unified school district is way overcrowded and underfunded, with a huge bite of the budget going to ESL programs. Then I read an estimate based on government numbers that 40% of the children in LAUSD are illegally here or children of illegal immigrants. I can read that statistically the illegal immigrants in southern California as a group fall into an income category and tax paying regularity such that the rest of us are funding by far the bulk of their education cost and health care, etc.

I can put those together and be adamantly against illegal immigration without having a clue as to any single illegal's identity, simply because I have children in LAUSD.

The disproportionate crime rates are also based on government figures.

I have no problems with Mexicans. I think they have just as many problems with corruption as our government. I can tell you...I would never want to get thrown in a Mexican Jail. hehe. Too many horror stories there.

The farthest south i've been is Cabo San Lucas. I've always wanted to visit Guadalajara during their festival.

Everything I'm against stems from the coroporations taking advantage of a sector of people to make a profit for themselves. It is a form of modern day slavery. In America, big business is saving 60-100 million an hour on labor costs. If a worker wont submit to the slavery conditions, they're threatened with INS and such. Most illegals have 3rd grade educations or less. Few grasp the language and know the system and how it is supposed to work. Big business was behind black slavery trade centuries ago. Now they're using Mexicans.
It is just wrong on all points.

I like Mexicans. I like most races. There is something good in just about every culture. Mexicans seem to have good loving families. The food rocks! They seem like a happy people. These are all generalizations, I understand, but that is what I like about the "good" Mexicans. Like with ALL races there are good and bad apples. As for illegal ANYBODY. I do not like people that break the law and then brag about it in rallies on the streets.

I do know what you mean about racists comments on here. I do agree that some people use the current immigration issues to spout ignorance and racism, but I hope you will notice it is a small minority doing it. Just a couple of people that post a lot!

Most people are like I am. We are against illegal immigration, but that does not mean we are against any particular race of people except the "criminal race" IE: people that do not respect the laws of the land.

This whole issue about being legal or illegal is very stupid and ignorant if you ask me . No matter what white americans say they have a problem with mexicans period !legal or not !. Theyre just pissed off at the fact that illegals are not white, cause if they were this woulnt even be an issue.Mexican american citizens, legal mexicans and illegal mexicans are hated just the same by white america.

Legal Immigrants show respect for America and our laws. Yes sometimes they have to wait along time Maybe To Long in alot of cases but, yet they do wait. The Pro's have said America was founded by Immigrants thats true. But Legal Immigrants tend to assimilate into american culture and join in the Melting pot. I've Never got that Vibe from Illegals that they wanna be American. They simply want American Money to send Home and Nothing else.

In my case being against illegals has nothing to do with race. I don't care if every man, woman and child moves here. Just do legally. No sneaking, no forged documents, no jobs. I am white, my grandchildren are Mexican, and beautiful. I like Mexican people. I like legal Mexican people better.

Legal any immigrant is fine with me. I love the food and celebrations. I just feel that if they are here illegally then they need to go home. My stepson has waited Legally for 8 years for a visa. Why should someone that snuck here get a break.

I don't feel that I am racist to all Mexicans. I have hispanic people (I say hispanic because I don't know which country they are from) who call me racist on the basis of being white and I also have some that act like they can't speak english when they can ( I manage an apt building).
It doesn't go just one way and it is not right that people act like that.

If they can't speak english then they are illegal.
