just dont use them at all your hair will have alot less frizz.

I know it sounds weird but leave in conditioner detangler and flat iron spray all together work well instead of defrizz products.

Also get a straightner

I would recomend remington wet to straight. about 30$

For detangler infusium 23 leave in detangler and restorative $2.99

Flat iron spray tressamae heat protectant spray $3.99

since i have stopped using frizz products my hair seems to have alot less frizz and looks alot more healthy

Hope this helps

My hair is probably frizzier than yours, and the fact that my hair is curly and thick doesn't help one bit. At least there's products out there that work, but unfortunately all the ones that work for me so far are all from salons.

I find that flat-iron spray is good at controlling frizz and making hair glossier. It's also necessary if you are going to straighten your hair. I have a Jilbere de Paris hair straightener that was around $45, and it has 40 different heat settings. It works great, as long as I keep it above 30.

Stay away from straighteners you can purchase for $8-20 from Wal-Mart, Target, ICING, Claire's, etc. I have two other straighteners besides my Jilbere, and none of them work at combatting frizz and keeping my hair from being poofy.

gee whiz, do NOT TOWEL DRY YOUR HAIR. you should not comb, brush, pick, or towel dry your hair after you step out of the shower. the more you touch it, the bigger it will get. i have gone to the OUI website, it is especially for curly hair/frizzy hair people and i have followed its recommendations.

when out of the shower, use those long silver type clips your grandma used, and clip sections of your hair at the root. do this all around your hair. i just do it around the front. it defines your curl and gives the root some volume.

my hair person also told me that most of the products for frizz and stuff are heat activated, so use them with a dryer (and defuser) or iron. i did not know this either and my results are better.

i use peartain oil (the scent is heavenly) and paul mitchell straight works. i put the straight works on my hand then add a few drops of the oil and mix it all together, like a little cocktail for my hair, then smooth it on. the frizz is gone and its super shiny. try it!

By "straighteners" do you mean chemicals or flat irons? If you mean flat irons, you probably used a crappy one (no offense). Go to a beauty supply store (like Sally's if you have one) and get a ceramic or jade flat iron. They cost AT LEAST $60, but are well worth it in the long run. Clip all your hair up and run flat iron over small sections at a time, starting at the nape of your neck and ending at the top of your head. I am a hair dresser and I have a good flat iron, I have never encountered any hair that I could not get stick straight with one. Just remember...small sections! Good luck.

omg i had the same problem..nothing work and if it doesn even a little it makes your hair look or feel gross. try ordering an ethnic hair straightener from your salon, then get some hair polish and put that in while its straight, thats what i do, works like a charm
good luck and hope it works

My hair used to be frizzy too. I like pantene smooth and sleek and the new ice shine shampoo and conditioner. Towel dry, the use a leave in conditioner (I like thermasilk) and apply pantene gel - not ones that add volume.
