Well, every guy is different as to what they want in a woman. Though, you should note that most guys don't want the porn woman for a relationship. They just want to have sex with her...period. Nothing else, she is more of an object, just a thing to have sex with...not a real person at all. When the guy wants a real relationship, he will go for a real woman.
What is the fascination? Sex. Guys like sex...a lot. As in most guys would have sex several times a day with several women, if they could........and porn lets guys do that.

Porno gives us the chance to just whine about why the guy is a porn star and we are not. Plus it just looks good watching some guy beat the brains out of a woman.

Regarding the second question. Guys get bored with the same woman no matter how hot she is and want to check out someone/something new. It's just part of us.

It's all about fantasy. And since it's easier for men to get aroused, porn fills that need.
We are rather simple beings. With women, it's all much more complex, as you have noticed.

Men are visual. It is not so much the women as the act. Or the things that some women will do that you possibly wont. I'm not sure. It's only helped my love life, I learned a lot from those videos when I was young/
