sepsis is a medical term that means the bacteria has entered her bloodstream.This is a serious condition,however,people can be cured from it.A lot of factors involved.Good Luck to her

If your septic the most important thing firstly is that her kidneys hold up. Providing that she doesn't go in into renal failure this would give her avery good chance of doing well. I take it she has had an operation. Given the right antibiotic's hopefully she'll do ok. take care
