I had this woman pursue me like an animal, I was just out of a relationship and told her I was not ready for anything, but she kept coming at me. I gave in and we had sex (good) now I virtually have no interest in her, should I feel guilty, because she is trying to make me feel bad.

Feel guilty for what? She played with fire and because she got burnt, she's upset. Well that is just to bad for her. Tell her buzz off, you have bigger fish to fry.

I think you should feel a little bad because you really had no interest in her period. you should have thought about things more instead of trying to get a nut off. you didnt consider her feeling after the sex, you know how women could be after u put it on them.

Well first that was just a night to forget about all your worryies huh well just tell her the truth and there is no reason to feel guitly unless shes your friend you know well and don't do that anymore if you don't want anything bad to happen

Were you honest from her in the beginning? As long as you made it clear there was no strings attach nothing to feel guilty about.
