The general answer is that pilots come in as many weights as people do generally. The real limitations relate to the aircraft and the purpose of flying.
Trainer aircraft are often the smallest and they are limited in the weight they can carry. But many larger people have trained in larger aircraft. I knew a guy of about 6-foot-2 and 350 pounds who had no problem once he found a flight school with an airplane to accomodate him.
Of course, a larger person who wants to become a flight instructor might find it difficult to find a job, precisely because most trainer aircraft wouldn't accomodate her or him. The same might be true of other flying jobs.
There could be other issues, related to the need to get a medical certificate, but only for a person who had problems which sometimes come with extra weight. (Diabetes, for instance, is disqualifying.)

My flight instructor weighed nearly 300 lbs and I'm just shy of 200. In a Cessna 152 with full fuel we were over gross and the CG was way out of limits. Never had a problem, though. But DAMN did that thing climb nicely when I went up solo!

The only stipulation, is what the aircraft weight limit is. A cessna 150 is over limites at 250 lbs. But most aircraft will accomidate the weight, but regardless, of the weight it needs to be accounted for for center of gravity and aircraft BOW (basic opperating weight)

depends on what you are flying, i have a friend that flys a learjet he probably weighs 220-250, and has no problem. if you can fit behind the controls you shouldn't have any problems

If you own your own plane, there is no weight limit. You just have to fit into the cockpit.

You don't mention your height. That's far more important.
