What software for Mac is easy to design a snail mail business newsletter? Not email.?

I have a tshirt screen printing and embroidery business, and want start a printed newsletter. Not email newsletter. I am looking for a good template or software that I should use on my Mac. Thanks

Pages has a great, if not generic, selection of templates for virtually any purpose. It is part of iWork '06.
