The best place to get any dog from, if you are not going into the breeding business is from your local animal rescue! They are even breed-specific, so you can get the number for the nearest poodle rescue on the internet. They do rescue mamas with babies, so you can get a purbred poodle pup, and feel good about giving a rescued animal a home at the same time! But even if you should opt not to try this, NEVER, NEVER, EVER BUY A PUPPY FROM A PET STORE!!! If you need info on why not, contact your local spca, or vet, or read any books by Susan Conant. It is a long, horrible story, and there are never any exceptions to the rule. If you want, contact me directly, and I will fill you in, though there are plenty of real animal lovers around who can tell you the horrors of puppy mills. Do yyourself and some lucky puppy a favor, and call poodle rescue, or the spca.

You can go to www.puppyfind.com and go to find a puppy at the top of the page. Then in the search type in poodle. So it will say miniature poodle, standard poodle, and toy poodle and if you want a baby poodle to the right of toy poodle it says "puppies for sale" and you click that and it will show you lists of poodles!!

look on the web and find the nearest breeder to you or look in your local shelter you might find a cute poodle mix to adopt. be aware of puppy mills and be careful if you look in pet shops as they don't always buy puppies with a through health check

http://www.petfinder.com - click "Shelter and Rescue Groups" in the upper right.

Poodle rescues are usually full to overflowing. Save a life - adopt from Rescue.
