Yes, you can. In fact, a lot of the worlds population (infants) dies from this.

I'd go to a doctor really quick if I had excessive diarhea...a common antibiotec will take care of most infections if it's related to this. If there is any blood in your stool, this is a sign of serious trouble...go to the doctor.

yes, unexplained chronic diarhea is common among people infected with HIV. One can die from excessive diarhea because one gets dehydrated + the intestinal tract does not absorb nutrients properly.

Yes...or more specifically, from the complications associated with it. The most common is dehydration or bleeding caused by the irritation. Many children in poverty-stricken countries die from this every year.

yes, that's how a lot of people die in famine situations. it'll dehydrate you and also drain your body of essential minerals. it'll also mean your body won't absorb all the nutrients from the food you're eating. if you have diarrhoea, please make sure you drink lots of water or tea, and if it's really bad also consider an electrolyte drink. you can buy them in pharmacies but in an emergency you can also use microwaved 7up. you might also want to think of stopping the diarrhoea altogether, ask your pharmacist about appropriate remedies.

Yes!
If you get too dehydrated, that will kill you, and diarrhea drains potassium from your body, which can lead to a heart attack.
