It's the actual weight of the food you ate and liquids that you drank. It's not real weight gain. That's why it's generally advised to weigh yourself in the morning.

It's probably stress or genetics... it takes an extra 3500 calories to gain 1 pound... walk for an hour a day. 20 minutes of walking will burn off 100 calories so good luck.

maybe you where undressed when you weight yourself in the morning and fully dressed when you weight yourself at night, shoes, jeans, belt, shirt, whatever.
Also, you have to weight yourself during the same time. In the morning you are at your lightest weight and at night at your heaviest. If you weight yourself in the morning, don't compare it with weighting yourself at night, wait till the next morning for the comparison.
Also, eat foods that digest fast, like fruits and vegetables. Meats and other fats or sweets digest slower and thats what causes fatness.

Weight can change different days....
I would be at one weight one day then be 5 more lb's the next day than it'd go down 5 the next day, go up and down up and down :P
And 100lbs even 103lb's sounds like a scary weight, I would recommend you weigh more not less. But it also depends on you age I suppose.

that's water. did you eat something with a lot of salt? or is your time of the month approaching? both are common reasons for fluid retention. to fight it, you could try rice or pineapple, both are mild but quite effective diurethics. please don't use water tablets, they can harm you,
