You can ridicule religion all you want, it doesnt bother me at all. I know what I believe. I am not on here to "convert" anyone.

I think it reflects on God-believers in the way that they deal with the ridicule. I try to spread awareness and truth about my beliefs, and believe me, atheists are not the only ones on this site that are spreading hatred. The Christians, Goddess bless them anyway, are burning like wildfire over pagan beliefs, and to hear them ridicule paganism and Wicca is more uninformed and ignorant (in most instances...) than the atheist's posts. At least you guys will type off some quick smartassed reply, they give piety and hypocrisy with their replies to the pagan questions I have seen.
And NO! you aren't safe.
Cause Goddess loves you anyway, even if you have to live your life without her. She's there, you just don't wanna give up your hold on reality and your life.
And that's okay. Life goes on, and humans can thrive with or without God in their lives.
But from where I sit, my beliefs make me a little more comfy. Like pink poofy cushions. (I can ridicule myself, ya know.)
Blessed Be

You might as well ridicule the wall my friend. If ridicule from someone on a website makes you change your mind, your faith wasn't very strong to begin with. Most of the arguments are so immature that I can hardly believe people bother answering or responding to any of it.
Many people are here to actually learn. The rest are just letting life pass them by, wasting time instead of helping their families or fellow men to prosper.

I believe it's the other way around. I go to college and my Christain faith is smacked down. I turn on the t.v. it's made fun of. I pray in public and people give me a side-ways glance. When I was in high-school I didn't know any other Christians. In fact I know very few aside from the people in church but I sure knew wiccan people and practically all of my friends were atheists or agnostic

Yes, here you are safe from them. Us atheists/agnostics are the most distrusted minority in America.
According to a survey by the University of Minnesota:
From a telephone sampling of more than 2,000 households, university researchers found that Americans rate atheists below Muslims, recent immigrants, gays and lesbians and other minority groups in “sharing their vision of American society.” Atheists are also the minority group most Americans are least willing to allow their children to marry.

i don't ridicule religon i complete IT.
and if the son of the LORD and HIS GODDESS really is a royal and they gave HIM the name TODD and the bible and the very words became about HIM then He would be like a living god that scripturally all things glorified HIM. so to double check the WORDS of the BIBLE and apply them to real life we see
in times new roman font
EMPEROR see [iL IVI PERIODI\
GOD see CuTOD
KING see IT I IV CUT
ANGEL see A IV CUT I=...
LORD see TODD in the LORD_
GENERAL see CUT [iL IV I=...
DEATH see TAED...
HADES see TAD[iLS
WAR see IARI & TAD
GODDESS see TODD in the GODDESS
LADY see TAD in the LADY
QUEEN see QU[iL [iL IV
DON see Dun I IV
so those 13 things all glorify a name pronounced TAD as TAED as TODD and also LARE as LARI and with seald([iL) cuts appearing IIII I . It's kind of a miracle considered the alphabet is considered over 4000 years old and ME and my arm is less than 38 years old. so call off the search for the GOD who put a 1000 year seal on SATAN who sums to 1 also the DEVIL who sums to 7 which are both mixed up .I7 stitched together just like Stevens.n if you see that e+e upsidedown=S and obviously 1000=M and seeing M=IVI stitched together. So like new world translation of the holy scriptures said SATAN ruled as a GOD. and revelation says that god puts a M year seal on Satan, and then it was revealed GOD was TODD's right arm and cause He tried to kill GOD He got labelled Satan. is that as confusing as god is the father, the son , and the holy spirit? or make more sense cause all those WORDS turned out to be about a new world TODD also called LARRY also CALLED Stevens.n?
GOOD LUCK since i have none.

I think the problem with both believers and non believers is they both think they are right and everyone else is wrong. For me part of being an atheist is respect for people to believe what they want to, i can honestly say i haven't seen this same respect shared from god believers because they (especially christians) are told in the bible that everyone not believing in christianity is wrong.

Actually, God believers, for the most part, don't like it. I don't think they have a sense of humor either, for the most part. I know that my Gods have a sense of humor and can laugh with the rest of us so I don't worry about it.

You may think you are "safe" from believers, but do you believe that you are likewise protected from God?
Just wondering if you are somehow conflating something.
