I have a credit card from Sears that I haven't used in about 10 years. Is it still good?

you would have to call them and ask them.

Most likely, it doesn't work. If it's a private label card (meaning it can only be used at Sears) it's more likely that it'll work than a Sears Mastercard, but given the age, and the fact the Sears portfolio was sold in 2003, I would suspect not. Call the number on the back of the card; at the very least, you'll have to wait a few days for a reissued plastic.

Look up in the contract. The card is probably expired even if you don't have the expiration date on it. Try the card!

They will have you in their system [computer] but you more or less have to go through the re-qualification [re-activation] process.

I had to do this after two years of non usage. Rather painless, and they can take care of in on the phone while you are at the check out counter.

Store cards don't have expiration dates.
They will close them if not used.
Call and ask them to reopen it, they might if you ask.
