If you are looking for something sweet, but with low sugar that still tastes good, try substituting sugar for Splenda. It is low carb also. And i know this sounds strange, but pork rinds or pork skins have ZERO carbs, and they come in different flavors such as BBQ and salt and vinegar. Good luck.

i like on occasion steamed veg, cauli broc carrots peas etc then baked with onions pepper (all in a dish like lasagne) loads of low fat cheese and pepper ir/and cheese sauce, kids hate veg but if you add cheese and sauce they can cope! save steam water for gravy water/stock soup, you can also fit spinach in this dish.
