Today I made a really good smoothie if anyone would like to try it :)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1 container of dannon light & fit yogurt (strawberry)
Splash of milk
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth; or whats even better is if you blend it only half way, leaving some frozen fruit chunks it in it.

the superb Strawberry Smoothie EVER!: 5 min 5 min prep 2-3 servings a million cup frozen strawberries a million cup milk a million/4 cup sugar a million banana 8-10 ice cubes a million. positioned all elements in blender. 2. blend till mushy.

I like mine better:
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup orange juice
blend until smooth...
