i use DVD Shrink and DVD decrypter and Nero, decrypter is for ripping the movie into your PC, Shrink is to make it fit in a 4 GB DVD-R and Nero to burn it, you can download it free from the web (except Nero)

i use DVD Fab Decrypter to decrypt the movies, then use Nero Recode to put them on disc.
